Policies, Terms, and Conditions

Account Eligibility

  1. A physical/digital storefront, office, hotel, restaurant, cafe, travel, food service, etc.
  2. Minimum order value is $500.00. MOQ (minimum order quantity) is one (1) case per SKU. Shipping is not included.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Orders will be shipped on a prepaid basis. Please check your invoice/sales order/estimate BEFORE confirming your order and payment.
  2. Customers with past due balances will be subject to having ORDERS HELD until the account is current.
  3. Purchaser expressly agrees that the seller shall not be responsible for any non-conformity as to quantity, quality or price unless noted on the original delivery receipt at the time of delivery or unless the goods are rejected in writing within two (2) days of delivery by certified mail.
  4. Purchaser shall notify seller by certified mail of any changes of ownership, or any information provided on original application or account. The purchaser warrants to seller that all financial information on the application or account is true, correct and complete in all material respect, and purchaser authorizes seller to investigate all references furnished pertaining to the credit and financial responsibility of purchaser. In the event purchaser fails to notify in writing by certified mail to seller of any changes, purchaser shall still be liable for settling all pending payments.

Shipping & Logistics

  1. Enjoy Better Coffee ships via Ground or LTL. Please arrange for pick-up and send a copy of the BOL/shipping labels.
  2. Orders are subject to stock on hand and are usually shipped within 3-5 business days after confirmation of order.
  3. Enjoy Better Coffee does not label or ship directly to Amazon.
  4. Inspect LTL shipments prior to signing the delivery receipt. Note any damages or omissions on your copy of the delivery receipt and have the driver sign it.
  5. Enjoy Better Coffee must be notified of damages, shortages, defective products or mis-shipments within 48 hours (2 business days) of the purchaser’s receipt of the order.
  6. Retain damaged product, carton, and packaging materials for possible carrier inspection.
  7. Please refuse parcel shipments if there is noticeable damage to the shipping carton(s).
  8. Drivers are not authorized to pick any product without authorized paperwork from Enjoy Better Coffee.

Please note: Enjoy Better Coffee uses black stretch film on all pallets. The shipment will generally include a packing list, a copy of the Bill of Lading, an address label, Do Not Double Stack Labels, etc.


  1. Enjoy Better Coffee must be notified, and a return must be authorized prior to returning goods.
  2. Shipping for return is not paid by EBC.
  3. Sold goods will not be exchanged.
  4. Goods must not have been opened, must be in its original packaging and in good condition.
  5. A Credit Note will be issued for product that is determined to be defective, damaged in transit, or mis-shipped. The Credit Note will be applied to the next order from the customer.
  6. Enjoy Better Coffee does not accept returns after 2 business days of receipt.
