The Stefania Calugi company is the continuation of a family legacy that began two centuries ago. The mystical bond between the Calugi family and the truffle started with Stefania's great-grandfather, Antonio, whose passion for hunting this "black gold" set the tradition in motion.

Inspired by her father, Renato—a passionate truffle hunter—and the culinary love inherited from her mother, Stefania decided to establish her own venture. In 1987, she opened her first artisan laboratory in Castelfiorentino, dedicated to creating exceptional products using the finest fresh truffles.
This foundation of deep heritage and commitment to quality has driven her growth. Today, Stefania, alongside her partner Jurij, leads a successful company that produces over 200 different truffle-based products. These delicacies are now shared with the world, exported to over 40 countries. Her home remains in Castelfiorentino, where you can find her shop, purchase our unique products, and even book an authentic "truffle hunt" and tasting experience.
