Coffee Overnight Oats

Getting the kids ready for school in the morning is hectic. Prep your breakfast the night before with this easy and delicious Coffee Overnight Oats recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (almond, oat, soy, or dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee (we recommend Pure Gold)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Sweetener to taste (maple syrup, honey, agave)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, nut butter

Instructions:

  1. In a jar with a lid, combine oats, milk, instant coffee, chia seeds (if using), sweetener, and salt.
  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.  
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.  
  4. In the morning, stir again and top with your desired toppings.

Tips:

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use slightly more instant coffee.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
  • Add Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
